Bill is the Founder of Stroyne Financial and has been serving clients as an Independent Fiduciary Advisor since founding the firm in 1987. He specializes in retirement income distribution, wealth management, and estate planning, working closely with individuals and families to help them make informed, confident financial decisions before and throughout retirement.
Bill began his career as a Retirement Benefits Consultant with a local pension administration firm, where he earned his securities licenses and developed a lifelong passion for retirement planning. Guided by an entrepreneurial mindset and a commitment to doing what is right for clients, he established Stroyne Financial with a clear mission: to help clients organize, preserve, and grow their wealth through thoughtful planning and disciplined investment management.
Over the course of his career, Bill has built a loyal client base through personalized service, long-term relationships, and a reputation for consistency and accountability.
Known for his steady, client-first approach, Bill believes effective financial advice should be practical, transparent, and tailored to each client’s goals and circumstances—not one-size-fits-all. He takes pride in helping clients simplify complex financial decisions and remain focused on long-term outcomes.
Outside of the office, Bill is actively involved in the community and supports organizations such as Toys for Tots and the American Cancer Society. Raised in a musical family, he is a lifelong professional musician and enjoys playing bass guitar and managing his local dance band, The InTransit Band. A native of Pittsburgh, Bill lives in Wexford with his wife, Kim, and together they have two children, Zachary and Alyssa.
